Come along and learn how to decode wine, without the stuffiness! We'll break down the fundamentals of wine in a way that makes sense - and you can ask all those wine questions you've got in a relaxed, friendly space.

What we'll cover:

✨The big four: learn to identify acid, sugar, tannin, and alcohol like a pro (no fancy jargon required)

🌱 Sustainability: what does it mean, anyway, and why does it matter

💰 Value vs. Hype: how to find incredible wines without breaking the bank

🔬 Natural vs. Conventional: the production methods behind the bottle (and what actually affects taste)

We'll taste through some "training wines" to refine your palate, and then move on to some delicious local Canberra drops.
